How fast do I get paid?
The day your package is delivered to us, we send your Venmo or PayPal payment. You'll get tracking, so you'll know the day it lands.
What if my calculator is broken?
We pay a flat $3 per broken unit for most graphing models (won't power on, cracked screen, dead keys). The quiz handles it — answer honestly and the offer adjusts.
What models do you NOT buy?
Basic and scientific calculators (TI-30, TI-34, TI-36X) and very old graphing models (TI-81, TI-82, original TI-83, TI-85) — resale value is under shipping cost.
My name is engraved on it — is that OK?
Totally fine. Names, initials, stickers, paint pen — we buy personalized calculators every day and it barely affects the offer. Units carrying a school or district asset tag are different: those we buy directly from the school (schools: email us for a bulk lot quote).
What if you disagree with my answers?
We email you a revised offer with photos before anything else happens. Accept it and you're paid that day; decline and we mail your calculator back free.
